Finally, not so overloaded I made time to turn my Novels into Audiobooks...you can too!

So...I'm just dealing with 2025

Sorry, but it’s taken me several months since my last post to figure out what to say about the state of this country as it pertains to me and writing. I’ve now gone through all of the stages of grief, so I can begin to focus on my writing once more.

I’ve come to the realization, that I have to filter what is coming in into categories now, such as, ‘That might be a problem for the FBI…or the CIA…or the Military…or some other country’s leader or my Local or State government, or as an overview on all this mess, “God is going to work that out”.

Truth be told, most of what is going on is above our pay grade. I’ve been two toes in and the majority of my body out of America, since I was a little kid, with the ball of my foot resting firmly in Europe while the rest of me has been halfway to Heaven. Now, don’t get me wrong, I’m down with marching, protesting, commenting on Social Media and talking to other people who didn’t make this mess. I didn’t let racism and all its related bullshit slide before, so staying true to character I’m NOT a good option to go there with today or any other day. (Some people are better put on notice the moment you make eye contact, that they should pick an easier, more docile target. Have we forgotten all of the good one-liner’s we grew up with? Might be time to break them back out again, such as:

Go Ahead...Make My Day.

I had a PRETTY good idea of what I wanted to write on SubStack when I first began, but a LOT has changed since then, you have to search for the good in almost every circumstance and encounter you have today. Many times, this is before you even venture outside, because we live in a time where news invades every moment. Whether it’s on a phone, iPad, TV, laptop or when we get in the car and are inundated with signs, technology and terrible drivers, we’re being invaded with information every moment.

So, I’ve decided to only write about what I’m doing/reading/writing/prepping or into to entertain myself and improve my writing. No more ‘this on this day, this on that day’. Just what happened today, how it affected my writing and what in your day affected YOUR writing? No time line for posting, after all, something only started happening every day since January 20th, now we have to keep an ear to the ground and eyes peeled on the horizon for our enemies, allies turned enemies and texts and cell phone screens because everyone sane we know are giving us updates on, “What did he do now?!?”

There’s a story everywhere, if we just take the time to look around. I won’t post everyday, but I have enjoyed reading what has been written by SubStacker’s. To see there is a YouTube option, gives me a lot of new ideas! Now then, since I have a book or two, or fifty on Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (I’m an overachiever who spends FAR too much time daydreaming and wondering, ‘What if…’) and I made my books into Audiobooks on KDP! Here’s the link to the first book in the series in the above video: There's A Thin Line Audiobook

A couple of Caveats: There may be some words that are mispronounced, this will improve in time, so don’t hold it against me when you listen to my audiobooks. Do you have books you wanted to offer in Audiobook format, but the undertaking was so involved you just threw your hands up and walked away? That’s not the case anymore! Have a wonderful Easter Week, I’m off to search for the newest Kpop uploads so I can do my workout for today!
